1: What is your minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity for each of our products is 1.

2: Can I customize products?

Yes. Email or contact us and let us know the specific customization requirements, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

3: How long is the production time?

It depends on the time you placed the order, and the complication of the design. Usually,after you approved our design pictures, the unit will be finished in 10--20 days (including test, and quality control).

4: Do you provide different standard blower?

Because different countries are using different plugs and voltage.In order to send the right blower for you, please kindly tell us what standard of plugs and voltage you use.

5: What kind of packaging do you use?

We use carton packaging.

6: Do you offer after-sales service?

12-months warranty and local repair.with using under the user instructions, please don't worry, take pictures and send videos to us, we will find the cause of the problem, and make a solution policy for you.

7: What does 2-year warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturer defects, non-man made damage to all parts, including seams and surface.
Problems rarely occur by the normal use, but when there's an accident damage or leaking by the longtime use, the repair usually takes no longer than 10mins with the help of a repair kit and video we'll provide you with.

8: How do I pay?

You can pay through the Credit Card and PayPal.

9: How about the product life-long?

Normally it can use 3-5 years on the condition of keeping daily maintenance.Such as product keep dry, clean.
